Local Data and Recovery Limits
ThisHaircut records are stored locally on your device and are not copied to a LifeVen cloud account. Support cannot remotely inspect, restore, or recover local records. Before reinstalling the app, clearing app data, replacing a device, or taking other destructive steps, preserve any device backup you rely on. Reinstalling may permanently remove local data.
Support Scope
Support may provide troubleshooting steps, request limited diagnostics, or confirm known app behavior. Support does not provide professional styling advice and cannot guarantee a particular haircut result, device compatibility, response time, bug fix, or feature. Support cannot troubleshoot the third-party AI service used to generate briefs on your behalf.
